Owned and managed by Liezelle Thomas. Upper Eastside Rentals has been involved with the development since its inception. We have an intimate knowledge of the building, and an involvement in the community of owners and tenants. The agency currently manages 180 of the 250 apartments in the North and West Block and have a team of skilled individuals responsible for tenant placements, administration and maintenance.

VALUE-ADDED SERVICES TO OWNERS

Value-added services include:

  • Assessment of the relevant property and determining market related valuation
  • Actively marketing and advertising your property, with the view to sourcing good quality tenants
  • Screening of potential tenants, which includes the Tenant Profile Network –Credit Check
  • Negotiate and draw the official Lease Agreement with due regard to special conditions
  • Administer the property on an ongoing basis (if your property is managed by us)
